Yes. For all color services, including balayage or full color transformations, a prior consultation is required to determine the exact technique, length, and pricing. This ensures accurate results and transparent costs before starting.
Do you use professional products for coloring and treatments?
Yes. We only use high-quality products imported from Brazil, suitable for different hair textures and designed for long-lasting results. Our stylists are trained and certified in professional color and extension techniques.
Do you offer services for all ages?
Yes, we welcome clients from children to seniors (ages 7–70). Our salon provides a comfortable environment for everyone, with specialized techniques to adapt to different hair types and needs.
What types of hair extensions do you offer?
We work with microlines (our most popular method), Brazilian knot infusion, and full sewn wigs. You can choose between installing individual lines (starting at $30 each) or full packages (starting at $165 per package). Length and color options are available, including 20” and 24–26” extensions.
Do you use products safe for sensitive skin?
We use high-quality, professional products suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. Let us know of any allergies or concerns during your consultation.
When is the best time to book an appointment?
We’re open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Tuesdays and Wednesdays are our slower days—perfect for clients who prefer a quieter environment.

After years of mastering advanced color and extension techniques, our founder brought the authentic Dominican beauty experience to Hartford, Connecticut.
